Dr. Srinivas Surpam
M.B.B.S., M.S. (General Surgery)
Dr. Srinivas Surpam is the founder of Kosodum Welfare Pvt Ltd. By profession, he is a General Surgeon, but he dedicated most of his time to raising awareness about tribal culture in India. Dr. Surpam has an in-depth understanding of the Gondi culture, including its languages and heritage. He has organize numerous cultural rallies, awareness sessions and medical camp across Maharashtra.
Dr. Vidya Meshram

Founder & Director of Kosodum Welfares Pvt. Ltd. Passionate advocates for Tribal Arts and Culture. Dr. Vidya Meshram is one of the founding members and the Director of of Kosodum Private Limited. an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the the rich cultural heritage of India’s tribal communities. With background in medicine, Dr. Meshram combines her expertise in leadership and operation with a deep commitment to tribal arts and culture.
Akshay Kokode

Founder & Director of Kosodum Welfare Pvt. Ltd. Akshay Kokode is an enthusiastic advocate for tribal arts and culture. and serves as the Director of Kosodum Welfare Pvt. Ltd. With his strong passion for preserving and promoting tribal heritage. Akshay play a key role in the execution and operations of the organization’s various projects. He is deeply involved in overseeing the planning and successfully implementation of workshops, events and collaborations that celebrate tribal traditions.
