Together with his co founder , she established Kosodum Welfare in 2019 wit the mission to provide a platform for tribal artist, enabling them to showcase their work and connect with broader audiences. Through the organization, Dr. Meshram has led efforts to organize workshops, festivals and events that celebrates and raise awareness about the unique tradition of tribal communities.
AS Director, Dr. Meshram remains deeply involved in shaping the organization’s initiatives, ensuring that tribal art forms are preserved, promoted and celebrated at local, state and national levels. She is passionate about empowering tribal artists, ensuring their invaluable contributions to India’s diverse culture landscape are recognized and appreciated.
