Dr. Srinivas Surpam
M.B.B.S., M.S. (General Surgery)
Dr. Srinivas Surpam is the founder of Kosodum Welfare Pvt Ltd. By profession, he is a General Surgeon, but he dedicated most of his time to raising awareness about tribal culture in India. Dr. Surpam has an in-depth understanding of the Gondi culture, including its languages and heritage. He has organize numerous cultural rallies, awareness sessions and medical camp across Maharashtra. He advocates for the adoption of tribal cultures to promote a lifestyle in harmony with nature, helping to mitigate the future consequences of global warming.
Dr. Vidya Meshram

Dr. Vidya Meshram a co founder of Kosodum Welfare Private Limited. is a doctor specializing in preventive and community medicine. She has professional knowledge of Gond tribal arts and culture and efectively handies every event organized by Kosodum Welfare , including tribal dance workshop and performance. Dr. Meshram has conduct a Dhemsa dance workshop in Mumbai and participated in the National Tribal Dance Festival 2019 in Raipur., Chhattisgarh. Her aims to take Indian Tribal Culture to the International stage.

Akshay Kokode , also a founder and director of Kosodum Welfare Private Limited , has a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is responsible for business development and project management of the events organize by the Kosodum Welfare.
